仕事内容

【Primary Responsibilities and Tasks】
●Responsible for gathering technical input for regional OEM account(s)and ensures feedback is provided to assess the product offering of today and the product plan of the future 
●Coordinate global specification analysis and provides technical system proposal
●Deeply understand customer Product Planning and Engineering release process (vehicle and audio/NVH systems levels)regarding new technology and innovation release process and/or new our products system introduction
●Ensures regional alignment with Product Line Manager (PLM),Engineering,Applied Research,and Customer Team organizations within Division
●Provides continuous information exchange with our products Customer Team members about customer specific engineering topics
●Regional focus to accumulate requirements and technology market trends for use within future our products technology and system architectures
●Plans and organizes project specific deliverables /technical submissions in liaison with the customer and internal departments until system approval is achieved 
●Responsible for validating technical and/or system input to the OEM Account Business Plan (Account Plan of systems and products road maps along with Opportunity Management /Target Identification projects)
●Drives and defines advanced development concept projects and vehicles in region with the support of Product Line Management,Applied Research,and Customer Team organizations
●Utilizes a global technology focus to supports and defines regional product and technology strategy
●Provides technical and strategic leadership and direct supervision to the other TSM(s)in region
●Responsible for training and comprehension of ASD product roadmap and strategy of the customer teams in region

必要な経験・能力

【Education:】
●An undergraduate degree is required,ideally in Engineering.An MBA or advanced degree would be a plus,but significant business and technical accomplishments will be a more important consideration
●Ongoing Executive Training and Development desired 

【Experience:】
●Candidate should have work experience of progressive combined business,customer management,technical account planning,and /or technical experience in the functional areas of engineering,product planning,account management,or business development

【Other requirements /skills /competencies:】
●International customer facing technical and/or Commercial Account Management work experience within automotive OEMs,Tier 1 suppliers,Infotainment /Audio suppliers or Content providers is desired 
●Strong customer orientation while having the ability to balance and execute Division strategies and objectives within the context of the Company essence and values 
●Knowledge of the engineering strategies of the major automotive manufacturers including product knowledge,product codes,logistics and inventory management is desired
●Extensive experience in automotive systems preferably electronics and /or software based;knowledge of audio systems,active noise reduction and sound management is required.Knowledge of other automotive subsystems including powertrain,body and interiors would be an added plus 
●Thinks and acts innovatively;equally comfortable challenging the status quo internally or at the customer to generate creative technical and commercial solutions to grow the business
●Has the ability to lead a team in support of the company’s initiatives,including using tools to plan,budget,and manage cross-functional Customer Team activities independent of OEM customer,product and /or geographic region (as necessary)
